Alaskan Native Artist owned and operated   business featuring authentic contemporary Yup'ik art by Alaskan Native Artist Phillip John Charette "Aarnaquq".   Phillip is a member of the Yupiit Nation in Southwestern Alaska along the Kuskokwim River, and is enrolled through the Bureau of Indian Affairs with the Alaskan Native 13th Regional Corporation.

All artwork on this site, with the exception of Smithsonian Institution and Portland Art Museum photographs, is the work and manufacture of  Alaskan Native artist "Aarnaquq" also known as Phillip John  Charette.  Phillip's Art Studio is now located in  Baker City, Oregon just 5 blocks from the Blue Mountain Fine Art Bronze Foundry.

 "Arctic Voices" Phillip's First Solo Flute CD Phillip's first long awaited solo flute CD is NOW available. "Arctic Voices" was recorded at Big Woody Studios, Sun Valley Recording Company, Sun Valley, Idaho.   Singer and songwriter Bruce Innes, who formed the original group Caste, recorded and initially mastered the CD.

Caste recorded the original hit  "One Tin Soldier" in 1972.

"Arctic Voices"  (click to listen)   is  primarily influenced by the Alaskan Arctic and features a traditional Yup'ik healing song performed on the flute. "Arctic Voices"  is a NEW release NOW selling through Phillip John Charette at $15.98 plus shipping and handling. Checks, money orders, and credit cards are accepted.
